Orders of USD 200 or more qualify for free express shipping with tracking. The estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Orders below USD 200 use tracked standard shipping for a flat fee of USD 5. The estimated delivery time depends on the destination and will be shown at checkout where available or confirmed before dispatch.

Shipping availability is determined by the destination entered at checkout. If we cannot ship to the destination, we will contact the customer and cancel the order for a full refund.

Some remote destinations may require an additional carrier surcharge. We will disclose the amount and obtain the customer’s approval before dispatch. If the customer does not accept the surcharge, the order may be cancelled for a full refund.

Customers should provide an accurate delivery address and a telephone number that the carrier can use when necessary. YILIANDUO is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Import duties, taxes, customs-clearance fees, and other destination-country charges are the customer’s responsibility where applicable, unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise.
