Shipping Checklist for RF Cables, Adapters and Bulk Orders

Use this checklist to prepare a delivery request for RF adapters, antennas and coaxial cables. For the current shipping terms, charges and delivery estimates, refer to our Shipping Policy. This guide helps you provide the information needed for an order; it does not replace that policy or the details confirmed at checkout.

Before ordering: check the destination and address

Enter the complete delivery address, including the country or region, city, postal code and any building or unit details. Provide a telephone number the carrier can use when necessary. Check these details before completing checkout: incomplete delivery information can cause delays.

Shipping availability is determined by the destination entered at checkout. If the destination is unavailable, contact us before planning around a delivery date. The current policy explains how an order is handled if it cannot be shipped to its destination.

Compare the shipping method with your required date

Check the shipping method and amount shown for your order. The current policy distinguishes tracked standard shipping from express shipping and explains the order-value threshold. Review the policy and checkout instead of relying on an old delivery-time chart or a previous order to another destination.

A delivery estimate is different from a guaranteed arrival date. In particular, an estimate measured after dispatch does not start when an inquiry is sent. Customs processing, carrier disruption, holidays and weather can also affect delivery.

Remote destinations and import charges

Some remote destinations may require an additional carrier surcharge. Under the current policy, the amount is disclosed and customer approval is obtained before dispatch. Read the policy for the cancellation and refund options if you do not accept that surcharge.

Import duties, taxes and customs-clearance charges may be separate from the product price and shipping charge. Check the applicable destination requirements and the terms displayed at checkout before deciding on an order budget.

For bulk orders, samples or custom cable assemblies

Use the custom and bulk inquiry page and include the product URL or SKU, quantity, destination and target delivery date. For a custom cable, also describe both connectors, the cable type and the required length. The requested date helps us review your needs; it is not an accepted delivery commitment.

Keep product and delivery requirements together in the same inquiry. If a sample must be evaluated before a larger order, state that sequence so the request can be reviewed with the correct context.

If you have a question about an existing order

Use our contact page and include your order number, the question you need answered and any relevant tracking information. For a deadline or address question, explain the detail that needs checking. Avoid posting private order details in public comments.
