Refund policy

We accept return requests made within 14 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the condition received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email antennaman@yilianduo.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If YILIANDUO provides a return label for a non-defective item, the label cost will be disclosed before acceptance and may be deducted from the refund.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order number and supporting photos. When the claim is approved, YILIANDUO will cover reasonable return shipping or provide another suitable resolution.

Standard and sale-priced items follow the same 14-day return-request period unless the item is listed below as non-returnable.

Custom or personalized products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and gift cards cannot be returned. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether an item is eligible.

Exchanges are handled by returning the original item after approval and placing a new order for the replacement.

European Union customers may cancel or return an order within 14 days where the statutory cooling-off period applies. The item must be unused, in the condition received, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email antennaman@yilianduo.com.
